Maintenance

Vicar monitors and maintains Commercial lighting systems.  Vicar's electricians will monitor every lighting device on your properties, report outages, and repair authorized work orders immediately.  Work is completed during evening hours at pre-agreed, fixed-pricing rates.

 

 

Enrollment

To Enroll, simply download the Enrollment Form and fax it to Vicar.  We'll schedule a visit to your property and report any outages.  Following your approval, we'll repair the fixtures at a fixed cost, regardless of the time involved.  Your pricing remains fixed for a year.  Every repair is completed after work hours to minimize impact on your property.    Simply fax Vicar the Work Authorization Form to have repairs completed.

 
What is It?

Enroll in the CLMP (Commercial Lighting Maintenance Program) and forget about daily management of your properties' lighting. 

Vicar's electricians visit your property on a monthly schedule, notify you of any lighting issues, and await your authorization to make repairs.  Vicar repairs the lights at a pre-agreed fixed-price the following week.

During the initial setup and implementations, Vicar will complete a site inspection and provide a Site Plan and Fixture Schedule.  You'll have online access to your site and detail records of every fixture on your property, including lamp/ballast type, wattage, size, shape, type, and repair history.

As with all Vicar Lighting services, our work is guaranteed.  We offer full Replacement Cost warranty for all light pole lamps (90 days) and all light pole ballasts (1 year).
